EHDC Kerbside Glass Collection

Household glass collection remains suspended.
If your neighbours are leaving their glass out for collection, we’d appreciate your help in mentioning the suspension to them and recommending that they sign up to updates on MyEHDC. We are in discussions with our provider to set a start date for reinstating collections and will let you know when it is agreed.
Our service provider is emptying bottle banks around the district, including the temporary sites reinstated due to the suspension of household collections. If you arrive at a bottle bank and it is full, please do not leave glass around the bin, as this can cause a hazard for crews, residents and wildlife.
Instead, please check our recycling site map to find an alternative place to take your glass.
