Agendas and Minutes

The main business of the council is conducted at council meetings. All meetings are open to the public and press unless otherwise directed. Members of the public have the opportunity to ask questions during the meeting when the Chairman adjourns the formal meeting for this purpose. Meetings take place in the Council Office unless indicated on the agenda of a meeting. Larger venues are used if a large number of public are expected.  To assist with planning it would be helpful if members of the public could inform us in advance that they are planning to attend.

Agendas for all meetings are posted on the notice boards at the side of Warren Powell-Richards at The Square, at the Fox and Pelican and outside our office at the Sports Pavilion as well as being accessible from this website.
