SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES FUND OPENS 1ST APRIL
EHDC’s Supporting Communities Fund will re-open for applications on Saturday 1st April 2023 for six weeks.
The deadline for applications to be submitted will be Sunday 14th May 2023 at 23:59.
Community groups and organisations can apply for up to £25,000 of capital funding (maximum 50% of total project cost) or up to £30,000 of revenue funding (maximum £10,000 per year for up to 3 years).
Applications to the Supporting Communities Fund must demonstrate that they will achieve one or more of the following criteria:
- Support positive mental health in residents, in particular young people
- Reduce social isolation in residents, in particular older people
- Supporting a community’s ability to thrive, despite adversity, by building strong community resilience
Guidance notes for the fund, including eligibility criteria, will be available on their website soon. The application form will be available from 1st April.
Please note that this year applications will be made via an online application form. You can save your application and amend it as necessary prior to submission.
