CASUAL VACANCY FOR A COUNCILLOR
There is a vacancy on Grayshott Parish Council caused by the death of Cllr Richard Du Pont.
A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days[1] from the date below i.e. by 16th October 2023, ten electors for the Parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
The address of the Returning Officer is: East Hampshire District Council, Penns Place, Petersfield, Hampshire GU31 4EX
If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
