Update on Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and Grayshott’s Asset Consultation

The Government has recently announced that Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) has been put on pause. Grayshott Parish Council is currently assessing what this means for the asset‑transfer process and for the Expression of Interest (EOI) previously submitted to East Hampshire District Council under its long‑standing Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) programme.

Our Community Assets webpage has now been updated to reflect this new information. While we work to understand the implications of the announcement, the public consultation continues as normal until 30 September 2026.

We strongly encourage all residents to submit a response. If you have already taken part and would like to update your submission in light of the recent announcement, please email info@grayshott-pc.gov.uk and we will ensure your revised comments are included.
