Volunteers Networking Event Brings Community Organisations Together
On Friday 21st August, more than 30 representatives from local community organisations came together for a vibrant and inspiring Volunteers Networking Event. The evening created a welcoming space for groups to share their work, exchange ideas, and encourage new volunteers to get involved in causes that make a real difference across Grayshott.
The event was supported by a grant from East Hampshire District Council’s Grow Up! initiative, whose contribution helped us create an engaging and accessible environment for both organisations and prospective volunteers. Thanks to this support — and the enthusiasm of everyone who attended — the event proved to be a great success.
Attendees had the chance to build new connections, highlight upcoming projects, and showcase the many ways residents can contribute their time, skills, and energy to strengthen our community. The positive feedback we received shows just how valuable these opportunities are for bringing people together.
We hope to host more events like this in the future to continue building a strong, connected, and active volunteer community. If you’d like to stay informed about upcoming opportunities, make sure you sign up on our website.
